You will have an interview with the employer in China (or another country), and you should not hesitate to ask questions about the work. So: How long is the contract (most schools want to sign annual contracts)? When and how the teacher will be paid a salary? How many days off, on what days? Do office hours / classes to attract? Where are the lessons: School / garden / on the road? The average number of lessons per day? Do processing? What kind of students to be taught? That the housing? This is only a small part of the questions, that you can ask, that there are no disputes, when you are already in place.
