А точно с 7 февраля карнавал в Рио? Есть и другие даты начала: 13 February, 14 February (перед Пепельной средой)
Великий пост в 2015 year – с 18 February (etc.. Пепельная среда). Наверное, Festival, по традиции, должен начаться с предшествующей субботы перед Пепельной средой, i.e. – 13-14 February.
