Ближайшее к нам российское, консульское учреждение – It's посольство в Пекине. Находится рядом с метро Dongzhimen (house 4 по улице Dongzhimen Beizhong). Получить новый паспорт можно тем, у кого есть working residence permit, студенческая или семейная виза.
Обычно мы много задумываемся, as заполнять анкету на загранник – на сайте посольства есть образец и целый раздел, посвящённый получению нового загранпаспорта.

Если за три раза не дозвонятся, чтобы подтвердить, что вы согласны на выпуск нового паспорта, то и делать ничего не будут. Поэтому важно указать правильный номер телефона, на который можно дозвониться.
На всю процедуру отведено максимум 3 month. Поэтому нужно подгадать, чтобы всё успеть. Последняя проблема это перенос вашего рабочего вида на жительство в новый паспорт. Посольство за это никакой ответственности не несёт, поэтому советуем пообщаться с вашим работодателем на этот счёт заранее. Сказали, что сроку на перенос WRP в новый документ отводится десять дней.
