Мы любим путешествия за новые впечатления, незабываемые моменты, открытия и озарения – хоть сейчас в дорогу! One of the unforgettable experience brings food, that you try new places: жгучая азиатская смесь с щепоткой глютамата натрия, сладостные десерты из покрошенного льда, ароматные бульоны, полные неизвестных ингредиентов – всё это ждёт в пути.

Не так давно, я упоминал про 8 meals, которые надо в Китае попробовать (привезите нам несколько баночек тофу из Китая 🙂 ), а теперь с миру по щепотке чили-перца из мест, которые нам удалось посетить.

1. Наше излюбленное индонезийское блюдо – It's “Мартабак”. It sounds like a terrible spell of a fairy tale, but the taste is simply divine.

    Прочитав ваш пост вспомнила на вкус все блюда)) Индонезия конечно не пестрит вкусной едой (как на мой взгляд), но все таки вкусные блюда найти можно) Мне понравилось что у них часто продают просто варенные яйца)

      Ну как же это не пестрит? По-моему очень пестрит – на Бали всё балийское: кофе, massage, мартабак тоже. А на Яве… Нам так расписывали яванский маратабак, суматровский и прочие. На вареные яйца, я как-то внимания не обратил, там хватало всяких вкусных штук, взять даже жаренную кукурузу – такой кайф. В следующий раз посмотрим, что там за яйца. Они совсем-совсем обычные, никакие там не порченные? Не тухлые? В чае не варены?

        Я имела в виду еда не очень привлекательна, а массаж и все такое это конечно) А яйца самые обычные, и вот кстати на Суматре в регионе сернистых источников очень много местных кафе, где яйца стоят на каждом столе(по 5-6 pieces), ты приходишь и перед тем как заказать еду можешь уже парочку слопать, а потом в чек тебе впишут стоимость яиц, которые ты съел.

          Хорошая система с заказом яиц. 🙂 Своеобразное индонезийское переложение ресторанных бонусов с водой или чаем, только напитки бесплатно. Еда очень привлекательна, в другой раз обязательно распробуете. А какая кухня вам показалась наиболее разнообразной и впечатляющей?

            Еда больше всего понравилась в Таиланде и в Гватемале. В Гватемале вообще продукты вкусные (как у бабушки на рынке – не пластмассовые) и толк в блюдах они тоже знают. А вот самую вкусную рыбу на гриле доводилось пробовать на Бали ( на рыбном рынке в Джимбаране).

            Мы в Латинской Америке ещё не бывали. Guys, вы можете поподробнее рассказать какие именно продукты? А то бабушки так много всего делают и оладушки, компот, сметану всякую, jam, квас, соленья закатывают, супчики варят и салаты ведрами делают. Заманчиво как звучит… That is, если у меня тайская еда стоит на первом месте, like, то можно приехать в Гватемалу и удивиться? 😉
