Из Хабаровска в Китай, оказывается, не так просто добраться, тем более на один день, и это совсем не так, как съездить из Петербурга в Финляндию на выходные. Обо всех вариантах пробраться за границу с Дальнего Востока, мы узнаем от нашего друга – Evgeny.
В этой статье я расскажу подробнее – какими способами можно посетить приграничный Китай самостоятельно, если волею судеб вы оказались на Дальнем Востоке России, а именно, в городе Хабаровск. Unfortunately, вести речь о бюджетной поездке тут не представляется возможным. Мне сложно понять, чем обусловлены столь высокие цены здесь и куда смотрит ФАС, но ситуация не меняется уже очень много лет. Любая поездка “по-честному” в Китай из Хабаровска будет не простой и совсем не дешевой.
So, прежде всего, вам потребуется Visa, цена оформления которой в консульстве Хабаровска составляет 1500 рублей за однократку и 4500 за мульт. Срок оформления – 7 рабочих дней, хотя за доплату можно оформить и срочно.
Второе, над чем придется поразмыслить – найти способ добраться до соседнего Китая. Самый ближайший китайский город – Фуюань, находится примерно в 70-ти километрах от Хабаровска. Летом можно самостоятельно купить билет Хабаровск – Фуюань – Хабаровск на теплоход, который с воскресенья по четверг стоит 2000 rubles, в пятницу и субботу 2300 рублей за туда/обратно (актуально на 2013 .03). Билет можно купить только на причале, ехать примерно 1,5 часа в одну сторону. Дополнительно к цене на билет идёт “сбор за использование дебаркадера”, через государственную границу РФ в размере 1050 rubles. Итого разовое дневное путешествие обойдется вам не менее, чем в 4550 rubles.
Но это только летом. На зиму навигация прекращается и попасть в Фуюань из Хабаровска оптимальным способом невозможно – сухопутных границ нет. Можно рассмотреть другие варианты, но они будут сложнее и дороже. Ближайшие доступные зимой пункты пропуска находится в посёлке Покровка (не далеко от города Бикин) и в посёлке Нижнеленинское (ЕАО). На границу п. Нижнеленинское – g. Тунзян можно не рассчитывать, так как без помощи турфирм туда добраться практически невозможно. Регулярное пассажирское сообщение отсутствует.
Есть надежда на переход п. Покровка – g. Жаохэ, однако тут без ночевки в городе Жаохэ никак не обойтись, благо что гостиницы там дешёвые. Потребуется пересекать реку, но это возможно сделать и в зимний период. Сперва нам нужно попасть в город Бикин и самым бюджетным вариантом будет автобус, стоит примерно 400 AUD, едет около 4-х часов. Расписание можно посмотреть тут, наиболее удобным будет автобус Хабаровск – Лучегорск, he makes a stop in a bikini. Оба варианта требуют проезда на ночном поезде, стоимостью от 1000 AUD. В первом случае, Khabarovsk – Уссурийск, во втором Хабаровск – Благовещенск.
Если мы выберем первый вариант – то сперва, нас ожидает автобус Уссурийск – посёлок Пограничное за 300 руб и примерно 3 часа в пути, а далее автобус п. Пограничное – g. Suifenhe for 1400 руб в одну сторону. Price just transcendental, ведь расстояние между Пограничным и Суйфэньхэ всего 25 km. При этом пересечение границы на своём личном автотранспорте не допускается.
Если мы выберем второй вариант – то зимой нас ожидает путешествие на так называемом СВП – судне на воздушной подушке от Благовещенска до Хэйхэ, а летом на обычном теплоходе. Стоимость этого удовольствия за путь туда/обратно составит минимум 2200 rubles, плюс ещё 45 юаней с вас соберут китайцы как “портовый сбор”. Судна отправляются каждый час от терминала в Благовещенске, ехать всего 15 minutes. Безусловно и здесь цена абсолютно неадекватна, но альтернатив нет..
Не сложно посчитать, что общая стоимость поездки, in both cases, будет зашкаливать за 5000 rubles.
В этих условиях, единственной альтернативой такой дороговизне, становятся шоп-туры для “помогаек” or “кирпичей”. – Иными словами, вы приходите на причал (или в определенную турфирму) и покупаете бесплатную, или дешевую (about 1500 rubles) путевку в ближайший приграничный город. В эту стоимость уже входят все сборы, весь транспорт, визовые вопросы (в таких турах виза не нужна) и даже гостиница на одну ночь в том китайском городе, в который вас везут.
